Lisa Philipps

Lisa Philipps is a Professor at York University’s Osgoode Hall Law School where she has been a member of the full-time faculty since 1996. Lisa teaches and writes on taxation law and fiscal policy. She has served in leadership positions at the Law School and University level, most recently as Associate Vice-President Research from 2011-2014. She currently serves as Director of Research Policy on the Board of the Federation for Humanities and Social Sciences (since 2013).
